We need inside phone representatives to build business opportunities by setting high quality appointments with sales offices in cities around the country to support our elite team of field sales representatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- This position is 100% phone sales/appointment setting. Representative must activate leads provided by company and secure own leads and referrals. Over 50% of your leads will be cold calls.
- Be aggressive in generating results with key decision makers each day
- Partner with field sales to execute meetings
- Report activity and results on a daily basis
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management
Skills & Experience Required
- Candidates must have at least 1 year proven phone success in the B2B environment
- Traits, attitudes, skills: unstoppable mindset, coachable, exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping businesses grow, persuasive, assertive, honest, quality follow-up, attention to detail, gregarious, outstanding verbal communicator over the telephone
- The ability to work from your home
